Our community offers lease term lengths ranging from 3 to 14 months.
We feature a variety of floor plans, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments.
Please note that no utilities are included in the monthly rent.
Residents have access to a premier suite of amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, guest suites, a community center, and on-site parking.
We do not currently have EV charging stations on the property.
Visitors are welcome to park in the designated community parking lot.
The community is conveniently located near several transit options, including the St. Charles Streetcar (Route 12), the #57 Freret (at MLK Blvd), and the #91 Jackson/Esplanade (at Jackson Ave).
We are situated near many of New Orleans' iconic landmarks, such as The National WWII Museum, the Garden District, and Commander’s Palace. Other nearby highlights include Mardi Gras World, the Ogden Museum of Southern Art, and Coliseum Square Park.
All standard letter mail and small USPS packages are delivered directly to resident mailboxes. Larger items are typically delivered to the resident’s specific floor. Any packages not delivered directly to your door will be left on the table in the designated elevator lobby or landing.
